Our Discovery Session is all about you, what you’d like to do and how we can get you there. We listen to you and we create a sound financial strategy to help you to achieve your goal. Whether it be saving a deposit, buying property using zero or 5% deposits, using superannuation or just planning ahead. Its never too soon to put a good plan in place.
Our finance experts will review your finances and work out your borrowing capacity with the bank, and advise you on the best loan structure and options for your particular situation.
We provide you a recommendation and proposal, whether it be using equity, a family guarantee, superannuation or savings. We then get a bank pre-approval in place so you know exactly how much you can spend on a property.
